5th MEETING  IN CYPRUS - MINUTES OF THE MEETING:

Main target of the meeting was the dissemination of the project through Press Conference.

May 16th:     

In the morning everybody cooperate to prepare the Hall for the Press Conference. We went through all the technical and other procedures to asure that everything was ok.

At 16:00 we had the press conference which was covered from many national TV channels and newspapers. Representatives from the University and other institutions participated. 

Cyprus as coordinator, welcomed the all the  attendance, Italy introduce the philosophy of the project, Lithuania present the philosophy of the 3 questionnaires which are the outcome of the project and Spain present the blog which was created for this purpose.

Press Conference was followed by cocktail, where everybody had the chance to taste various delicious traditional food from the participant countries.

May 17th

We had an excursion to some historical ancient places to the region of Pafos. We visited the city of Pafos and we had lunch at a tavern.

In the afternoon we visited some churches to see the habits of the Cypriot Christian Orthodox on Holly Friday.

At night we had dinner in a traditional restaurant.

May 18th

We had a rethink about the final evaluation report and examine everything about it.

We also revised the EST and exchange ideas about the presentation of our project.

Lithuania undertake the responsibility to upload everything on EST. All the countries will sent an introduction and the questionnaires in each countries language. Cyprus will  send the presentation of the Press Conference at the local TV. Italy will make a photo gallery and send it to Lithuania to be uploaded on the EST.

After the meeting we had visited the city of Lemesos and we had a walk in the city center.
